Assessment and Inventory

MN Tree Inventory is an annual service that inventories, maps and provides constant updating on the status of trees on your properties.

How does it work? We use a geographic information system (GIS) and secured cloud storage to map and maintain properties. This information is only accessible through Treeplotter™ and those with HOA-specific log-in's. Treeplotter is available through the app store or on the web. It works seamlessly on PC's, tablets and phones.

TreePlotter INVENTORY is used globally as a comprehensive GIS tree management and tree inventory software application for field data collection and data management.

But the value of INVENTORY is so much more: dashboard, standard and configurable reports, complete work history, advanced queries on datasets, map sharing, and customized account administration.

Your unlimited users will have convenient access via any web device. Use INVENTORY to provide access to tree maps, improve outreach, and manage risks and liabilities.

INVENTORY

The interactive, web-based maps denote every tree on the maintained property and specific trees in natural areas, its health status, issues and past maintenance. These inspections are done by our qualified arborists. A detailed report is provided to you.

App

We create a login for the board members and property manager to see what services have been done and what services are pending or proposed. As boards see turnover, the continuity of the tree history will be preserved.

the difference

We're different in that we can constantly be updating the maps on your behalf as changes occur. These updates typically include scheduled pruning and removals, emergency/storm work, plant health care treatments and new tree plantings. Updates will also allow for photos of specific issues that will make monitoring easier. This, along with having records of past work, makes us your one-stop site for all your tree care needs.
